Peter Chipouras

Peter has thirteen years of experience in the finance industry. He has funded thousands of transactions for equipment, real estate, and business acquisitions. Prior to founding Leasing Advantages — Sterling Capital Partners predecessor company — Peter owned and operated companies in the stone and food service industries. His experience in the stone industry includes opening and running quarries, operating fabrication shops for residential and commercial accounts, and troubleshooting challenged companies. This combination of operating and financial expertise gives Peter a unique perspective on solving business issues.
Jim O’Brasky

Jim has over twenty years in the financial and consulting industry. He is known for creatively structuring difficult transactions. Jim’s experience in the public bond market, commercial banking, and as a turn-around consultant brings a creative approach to structuring financing transactions. He has worked in numerous industries and funded over two hundred and fifty million dollars in financings and acquisitions. Jim received an A.B. from Vassar College and a M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business, New York University.
Ralph Stanzione

Ralph joined Sterling Capital Partners in 2002, after a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. Ralph managed multiple operations for large chains as well as operating and selling an independent pharmacy. He has been a faculty member at the University of Connecticut, School of Pharmacy and designed course work for starting and running independent pharmacies.

Matt joined Sterling Capital Partners in 2004, after graduating from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in Business, concentrating in Finance. Matt focuses on commercial real estate transactions.
